In this beginner class, we’ll teach you how to make macarons from start to finish. Using the Italian meringue method, you’ll see how to fold in your ingredients to make a stable shell. You’ll get hands-on experience piping the shells and what to look for when baking. You’ll learn a versatile buttercream filling to make endless flavors and the perfect amount to fill your macarons.

Egg-Cellent Cookies

Instead of dying eggs this year, how about we decorate royal iced cookies? Class includes the difference between flood and piping icing, how to mix the perfect consistency, and what pitfalls to avoid. We’ll show you easy ways to make your cookies look beautiful and impress everyone who sees them. You’ll get hands-on experience by creating your own cookies that you’ll take home to enjoy.

Making Pate Choix

It’s shower season and we have just the tips to help you create small bites to wow your guests without the stress.

We’ll teach you to make pate choix puffs and how you can fill them with sweet and savory to fill a party table without having to be locked up in your kitchen for hours. You’ll get a simple appetizer idea and cute decorations to dress up your charcuterie board.

Have you always wanted to learn to make pasta from scratch? Or are you looking for a fun activity on a Friday night? Either way we have you covered.

In this pasta class you’ll learn how to make pasta from the dough through to cooking. We’ll make fettucini alfredo and tortellini in a brown butter sage sauce. This is a hands on class where you participate in making the dinners.
