I love March.  It’s a month where everyone is Irish.  I couldn’t wait to bust out one of my favorites, the Irish Car Bomb cake based on The Brown Eyed Baker’s recipe.  I feel this is the perfect version of Irish love.  Go ahead, try to disagree.

It’s a Guinness chocolate cake layered with Jameson’s whiskey ganache and frosted with Bailey’s buttercream.

I love this flavor combination so much, I may just make everything with it. We’ll see how this goes.  I can tell you this one was tested and passed with flying colors.  Green, white, and orange ones.
