There is something magical about a good cream puff. A delicate pastry shell, a generous filling, and just the right amount of indulgence. This week’s macaron lineup is here, and Blackberry is in the spotlight. Today’s Cake by the Slice lineup brings two favorites to the case. Have you seen this latest trend? People are lined up down the streets of NYC and I don't get it. We made our own version to see what the hype was all about. #medfordoregon #viralcake #dotcake #funny #smallbiz One of the best things about custom cakes is that they can be anything you imagine. Cake by the Slice today: Our coffee macakeron is back in the case! It's our classic macaron shell (but bigger) with a vanilla buttercream edge, filled with coffee mousse and a chocolate ganache core. It's absolutely acceptable to eat it for breakfast. Wasabi is back in the macaron case, and this one does not play it safe. Sweet at first, then that unmistakable wasabi heat sneaks in with a little nose-tingling kick that keeps you coming back for another bite. It’s bold, weird in the best way, and made for the people who order something just because they’ve never seen it before. Cake by the Slice today:
